What is a products feed?
A feed is a file like a digital catalog or list that contains all the important details about products, such as names, prices, links, etc. It can be sent to different websites or apps to keep the product information up-to-date everywhere.
What feed formats are allowed?
By now, the platforms accepts CSV and XML files.
What benefits do I have as a Trial member?
The trial membership offers you all the features available on this platform, as they are listed under Enterprise membership.
Besides the membership, you also have no limits regarding the maximum processed rows per each feed.
How is the price of the feed calculated?
Feed prices are determined by summing the price of each applied rule and by the rows your feed contains.
If you want to see how much would your feed cost, you can do a price simulation on the page

What BETA means?
The beta period is a testing phase where our website is still being refined. During this time, some features may not be available or fully functional as we work to improve them. Additionally, during the beta period, the entire platform is free to use. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we work to provide the best possible experience.
What "custom feature development" means?
If none of the existing features meet your requirements, we accept custom features development requests.
What does Undefined plan means?
The feeds are paid according to the number of contained rows and by the applied rules. These packages are called "Plans".
Undefined Plan means that you haven't paid any plan for that feed so it will become inactive after your Trial membership expires.
